DEPOSIT - SECURE YOUR PARTY DATE

Deposit - Secure your Event Date: This deposit secures your event date only. This amount is deducted from your total package cost. At Slumber & Wonder, we specialize in transforming your special moments into unforgettable celebrations across Sydney. To secure your event, a Slumber and Wonder staff member will guide you on whether you'll go through direct payment on our website for straightforward events or follow a quoting and invoice process for more complex setups. Book now to ensure your dream party date is locked in!

 

Booking & Payment Policy:  Date Hold Deposit ($100): This initial payment secures your requested event date only. Event Planning Deposit (20%): A 20% deposit (minus the $100 date hold deposit) is required to formally secure your event booking, our planning services, and to commence all design, purchase any custom items, and vendor work (if required), and must be paid at least four (4) weeks prior to the event.

    Refund Policy: Unavailable Dates/Times

    We understand that finding the perfect date for your celebration is key!

    In the event that your preferred date and time are not available after you've paid, we will offer you the following options:

    • Reschedule: We'll work closely with you to find an alternative date and time that suits your needs.

    • Full Refund: If we cannot find a suitable alternative, we will issue a full refund of your money paid.

    We aim to make your Slumber & Wonder experience as smooth and magical as possible from the very first step.

    Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies

    Here are our policies to ensure a smooth and joyful experience for everyone:

    ​​Rescheduling Your Party

    We understand that plans can change! You may reschedule your party once at no additional charge, provided you give us at least 7 days' notice before your original event date. Rescheduling requests made with less than 7 days' notice will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.

    Cancelling Your Party

    Between 7 and 14 days' notice: Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to your event will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking cost.

    Less than 7 days notice: For cancellations made less than 7 days before your event, the full booking amount is non-refundable. We aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring fairness to all our wonderful customers. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out!

    ​Important Notice Regarding Slumber & Wonder Property

    To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our customers, please be aware that any property damaged during rental or belonging to Slumber & Wonder that is retained beyond the agreed-upon rental period will be considered an outright purchase. In such instances, your account will be charged for these items accordingly.

    We kindly ask for your cooperation in returning all rented items promptly. Your understanding helps us continue to provide exceptional service.
